I agree with Sage... It's all about choices me make or don't make...

We all (men and women) set our own personal rules from an array of reasons, events and experiences or lack of.
Some are so rigid, with no flexibility, some so loose anything can and usually does happen....lol

It's all about YOU.... or is it? That's a decision we all make eventually...

What's best for you? What are you willing to accept or not accept?

First of all, thank you for making this threat interesting and informative. I love it, we need more of it. Maybe on different topics as well. :-)

I personally think that its an unfair analogy "Frist Class vs Coach"... where people and relationships are involved.

I am capable of flying first class; but choose not to, because I am a mizer, frugle to a fault. Doesn't mean I have no class in behavior. For me, there is a difference between a person that has class and one that does not...as for as behavior, ethics, morality.

Sure there is a great misperception as to material things in reference to having class or not. In my opinion, that's merely window dressing.

I've met many that have money, status in society, etc and have no class at all as for as behavior, ethics and morality. I have also met people that have none of those things and have more class in behavior, ethics, and morals than the ones' that one would think should have, those with money, material things, social status.. Go figure.

1. consider the fact that you are sitting there glued to the computer, reading other's postings. lol

2. If you do not add to the conversation in a fun, creative manner, with positive and funny feedback, how can one complain? If indeed it's a complaint, vs a mere comment to get someone's goat...lol

3. If you have a goat, we should be bbqing it...

4. So when is the gathering going to happen?

goat bon a petite....drinks, jello shots, classy women, maybe interesting men.... and lots of jokes flying over head, or under the table.... and lots of laughter... visiting with great friends...
yee-haw, a Texas gathering...or wherever you may be.....

Maybe an over 50 orgy of fun.... drinker laugh drinks

laughing, this sounds like one lively group....

My kind of group.....flowers

I can't imagin being in a relationship (friend or loving) without chemistry, without converstation, without laughter, adventure, debates, practical joking (unmalace)and playfulness... I can't and won't. I mean, what's the point?

To merely take up space? breath someone else's air? hum?

No thank you..

I'm a spicey kind of gal, love to have fun too much... Having a relationship like that being with a zombie, would drive me insane...

so it won't happen...

lol

I wouldn't want to be in that position, regardless on either end...
I'm single, dating and I believe I've heard alot of things that causes lots of doubt about the human race anymore.

I'd rather go back to the basics. It was just more simplier, where someone's word was their bond. Where men treated women with respect and tender loving care and acted like gentlemen, where women acted like ladies.

Now it's all about sex or what mold you can fit in that they created out of their fantasy... not that they could handle it anyways...lol

Wouldn't it be right on if the caregiver left for a night on the town to score and came back finding the disabled person hooking up having a good ole time... Lesson learned, how would the caregiver feel then? What do you think?

I agree, it would hurt the relationship if one wants it and the other is afraid to explore a new adventure. It has to be mutual. Otherwise I think it could enhance a relationship towards the next few levels. Being willing to experience differences, cultures, being flexible, openminded, and most of all having faith and confidence in your mate and yourself.... I think it all plays a part in any relationship whether you travel to another country or try to deal here in your own playpen...

Firstly...

my goddamn goodness!

I didn't imagine this many people responding or even reading.

So this is my last bit of preaching on the subject...

Psychopaths and sociopaths are different.

Psychopaths are defined by an inability to feel remorse.

Sociopaths CAN feel remorse... but tend to not understand the feeling.

Sociopaths TEND to dehumanize the individuals around them, compulsively. These individuals just don't know how another person ticks, right?

Sociopaths are amazing deceptionists, liars, and scammers. Usually they're great actors, though not necessarily professionally. A lonely road.

Wow.

I'm still just amazed slightly by how much response this thread was provided.

Mingle still surprises you?laugh

I try to limit any expectations so everything surprises me. Hehe.

Me too, I'm always surprised for the most part....lol Life is exciting and interesting.....

aww Romance.... it's a lost art, sadly...
People don't want to take the time anymore. Always in a hurry.
What's wrong in wanting to be romanced. Romance is the kindling for the fireworks.... OR is my thinking way off base? My expecations unrealistic?

Even the caveman romanced their woman.... wake up guys...lol get back to your roots...lol

Question:

Is there a time limit to have sex at our age when you meet someone new?

I have to use that term over and over and over again to remind myself, I'm in that "OUR AGE" bracket now.....lol
