I did actually have a flickr account,abandoned it as I did not like flickr very much to be honest,people on there are not very friendly I found?
There is a bit of sort of good news about the two ponies,they are still alive and I think somebody must have bought them,spotted them in a field today and would recognize those two rascals anywhere!
They are both very friendly and mischievous,and it would not surprise me if somebody fell in love with them and saved them?

For some reasons, I suspect heredity got me into photography... even though I'm planning to go into films.

These 3 samples of mine are traditional black & white photographies, featuring, a still life project, my cousin's fearless cat and a junkyard from a restricted area (don't ask me how I got in there, it's a secret).

I have a bit of an interest in photography,my specialist subjects are macro shots of insects and arachnids,plus wildflowers.
Also shoot urban decay type shots,ruins and derelict buildings,burnt out stolen cars in a fine art style,and the odd industrial wasteland shot.

Like the eyeball, Mike. My brother did something similar and then had fun changing the color.

Hey, it ain't half bad! I did the close-up shoot with a togger friend and we must've got through 4-500 frames before ended up with 5 or 6 we liked. It also helped having all his wireless flash gear for fancy lighting.

I've been having some fun in Photoshop recently - dug out some old close-up shots of my eye and played with one that didn't make the final cut.
The deal was to try and portray 'fear' with only an eye - pretentious ain't it :)

I'm into photography - I have my Canon 30D which I love like a child

I started off taking pictures of aircraft (I've been living on an airfield after all!) and soon moved onto other stuff.

This is taken from the Trafalgar lighthouse looking out into the cape of Trafalgar, we hired a car to explore the area (I've been in Southern Spain for 14 months) and the cape has to be one of my favourite spots - fantastic beaches and lovely views :)




This one's of a bunker on the rock of Gibraltar - I just like it :)



This started as just a quick snap of a rose saw whilst walking through the (Fantastically picturesque) town of Rhonda - but something tempted me to let loose on photoshop and this is the result :)


I think Photography for me is a Hobby more than anything else - I've been paid once or twice, but mostly I take free dinners or drinks or some other perk for playing Photographer at various events. It's just too much damm fun, and I'm still rather amateur, to go asking people for cash :)

i love taking pics i am thinking of taking a photography course but am unsure if i should do this at home or go to a collage. i have been looking in to taking it through Stratford career institute but have been told that when done it may not be recognized the same as going to a collage.

anyone have advice for me on this ?
