You have to talk to people- be the first to start a conversation.
I dont know what youre into- but somebody else is probably into it also.
I talk to people in the market, a flea mkt,the bars, when I used to go.
You have to be open.

Nahhh, you could do with a more complimentary photo though-(most guys could). In the near future, Im setting up my front room, to take profile pics for people.
Guys especially, have a really hard time getting a great shot of themselves , and Im a good photographer-

I had a BF like that- took me a while to get everything figured out,
He said he had been in Gulf War, had a daughter killed, had his best friend die beside him... none of those things were true, AND he told me never to ask his parents about those things, cause it bothered them (that was the cover up lie)

Turned out, today he is a practicing alcohilic, with no desire to stop.What issues led t the lies, were I think, low self esteem & wanting to be someone else.

And he still calls me!!!

I think you were very brave to post this. Its a big step in changing, not many people would do that, You should be proud of yourself, and I think talking to somebody about it would be a good idea, its ggood to drop what makes you miserable, but sometimes you need help.
Ive gotten help with big stuff before, no shame in it.
