Interesting topic. I guess in my case, the answer would be: 380 miles. The distance between Denver, CO and Moab, UT. I found the love of my life Erica there(Moab), and in June, I moved here to Moab. I love it, I have a fun and rewarding job, a great life with her, and some of the most beautiful scenery in the country. Life is good.

SLC is quite a distance away from Moab, about 3 hours 45 minutes. Moab is considered SE Utah. And contrary to the stereotypes and misinformation, Utah is not all Mormon, nor is it boring, quite the contrary, and anyone who spends any amount of time there would know. I love Utah, and in every way, it is just as beautiful as Colorado, if not more so. I am so happy to be with Erica in such a beautiful state with so much to do there. Come to Utah County Cats...it's very different here than most places It is beautiful here and down south, it's the mountains that have kept me here. Well stay in touch with us, Erica and I. Never lose sight of us, and we won't of you and we will take a trip up there or you can take a trip down here. You have a unique understanding about love and happiness which I wish more people would feel and understand. I will always be here and I will always be your friend. And I give you my heartfelt thanks for being so supportive. I already told Erica I will be down there this summer.. Gonna hit that area and head to the Grand Canyon.. W'll stay in touch about it. Cool, I hope to meet up with you soon, and you will always have friends with Erica and I. I hope she gave you her #, if not I can give it to you. |

Would you marry for money ?

No, money doesn't matter, tonight or any other night. Love is about happiness and devotion, and being unconditional. Anything less is unacceptable. Money is nice, but used as a bribe, it's an insult.

The U.S.A. times 3. Theres no better place to live for freedom! That's the easy way out. The question was (paraphrased) if you couldn't live in the U.S., where would you live? |

2 days left, I leave Thursday around 11 AM. Erica can't wait, and neither can I. This isn't a visit, this is the rest of our lives.

Well what can I say that has not already been said.... now that you two have come together along as one may the journey you face before you bring you many smiles to your faces and the love you have always dreamed that fills your heart............. Thank you Txs, I would like us and so many others on here to be a living testimony to the fact that Mingle2 does work and is successful, provided you check your egos at the door. Without Mingle, I never would have found her, and for that, I will always be grateful. |

After what I've been through, Australia is at the bottom of my list. My faves are the U.K., Japan, and Canada.

Cheating

Tell them that life will be "very uncomfortable" for them if they ever cheat, that usually will scare them straight. Have a plan, talk the talk, and walk the walk. Spying is justified if you ever suspect the other person of cheating on you. The only people that ever have a problem with it are usually the ones doing the cheating.

In case anyone didn't know, she's a widow, "Bobby" and I'm a widower "Marilyn." We both have so much in common, but we have some distinctive differences, and we're both Scorpios. Anyone who is into astrology look up a Scorpio-Scorpio relationship. We were made for each other. The beginning of forever, the last drive.

When all sorts of stuff starts changing in the relationship.. Sex goes down from twice to once a day.. Meals go down from 3 to twice a day.. You find out one of your kids is not yours.. You buy 3 comdoms & one disappears.. The only thing that might go up is the arguments you're having.. It was once a day but now you're having at least 10 arguments a day.. That's a bit overly sensitive, wouldn't you say? If it goes from a few times a week to once a month or longer, then there is a serious problem, meals, if it's never, then there's a problem. Condoms, always keep track of your inventory. Arguments, they're prevalent in any realtionship, the trick is to make them discussions and debates, not arguments, rantings, and shouting matches. Time-outs are very important in relationships, one person needs to go out and get away, an then come back after having an epiphany and work it out from a calm, fresh perspective. Don't go to bed or have dinner angry. I think our grandparents told us that. |

By the way, cooking naked can be really fun as long as you're not cooking bacon or deep frying, always wear an apron.

It's a stubborness thing, once you can persuade and change them of that, and they are willing to learn from you, Emeril, YancanCook, and Bobby Flay, then they are ready to cook. Just remember that it's 50/50, you have to do your 3 1/2 days too. But cooking together or trading the responsibilities can be incredibly romantic and worthwhile. You mean having sex in the kitchen ? ...right ? Well that does help in the familiarity aspect, just keep the sharp objects secured before proceeding. |

CONGRATS to the bothofyou! Hope it lastsforever! Love always Tammy It will, we did what most couples would never dream of doing, at the beginning. We talked about every possible scenario, every life experience, what we both want and expect, and what we are willing to do for each other, at the beginning. We laid the foundation early and we know what to expect, and we know all about the heartache both of us have had in our past lives. We have been as fast forward and condensed as two people can get in 3 months. Erica truly is an angel and a Godsend to me, it is a marvelous miracle that she and I found each other, and I've always known since I've known her that it always was meant to be, it just took me a little over 40 years. |

Moab is unlike anything you've ever seen, it is absolutely beautiful, Castle Valley, Kane Creek Canyon, the La Salle Mountains, Arches National Park, Canyonlands, Deadhorse Point, Needles, etc. It truly is the outdoor capital of the Western U.S. if not the U.S. I can't wait to get my own digi-cam so I can take 100s of more pictures. If it ends in "-ing" you can do it in Moab, it's that great. Over a million and a half visitors every year for a town of 5000. I won't be there forever, but I'll love every minute of it with Erica there until we move to Florida.
