Its ok if a woman makes the first move, their is nothing wrong with it. I know there are a lot of me out there, like me, who are very shy, and are most of the time intimidated or scared to talk to women.It happens. The only woman who I have loved asked me out, if she never did I would have never known what love could be like. Its a new experience. Just go for it if you think that they are shy or whatever.
