Since i'm in the overweight category and need to exercise and loose some weight, it would be a good way to motivate myself. You could have fun cooking healthy meals and long walks/bike rides, after all of that it might not even occur to you that she has a bit more to love.
And the added benefit would be doing the stuff yourself. Of course if the relationship doesn't work out it wont be because of her weight and you've helped someone help themselves.

What are your favorites? I like the tropical blends and habenero. Last time I was in New Orleans every store seemed to have a thousand kinds. Any regional ones or maybe a recipe or two?

lol I was wondering if this topic was dead. I'm a good guy who likes a live conversation. Not up for much more than that. Looking for new friends. laugh

Trainspotting - the bathroom scene.
The Crow - whole thing
LotR trilogy - Battle at Helm's Deep and at Minas Tirith the epic scale of that was... whooo
Those are the top three, but so many more I can name.

What she really loves right now is "The Fast and the Furious" any one of them. I tried to get her interested in "Last of the Mohicans", but no dice. laugh

My 4 yr old will watch a movie until its near dust and then something in will make her cry forever afterward. I have to skip the opening scene in "Over the Hedge" because she will do this. So many movies and I have to remember the one part and skip over it.

The Ethiopian Orthodox Church says it keeps the Ark in a holy shrine in the north of the country. Only a small number of priests can even go near the room where it is said to be kept.

they have claimed to have for quite some time

supposedly there is one priest who has access to it and that priest has to be replaced every few years cause they keep dying of radiation poisoning

the Ethiopian church is as old as the Catholic church. They split off from the Catholics in the year 400

oooo...maybe it's really what's left of an engine core from a crashed starship. Something like that would've been considered a holy relic from God a few thousand years ago.

Maybe its the AllSpark!
But, seriously, there are a lot of objects, rituals, and places that have odd powers and legends attached from the past. For example, there is a legend that the pyramid's stones were moved by "singing" or sound. Primitive batteries have been found in the Mid-East and tombs in Egypt that don't have soot marks from torches or candles.

That said, its just impossible to really know, which is why it takes a measure of faith to believe in these relics after all.

Go Razorbacks! Arkansas!
I know, I know, its like being a Cleveland Browns fan, all that pain and agony.

Wow

You just compared being a Razorback fan to being a Cleveland Browns fan???

I dunno if I should be upset or excited

I can relate to having a good team even a great team and never given a chance in the rankings. And I have hope but it so painful to watch good seasons go to waste at the end.

It is possible, in a way. Professional services, which are never totally guaranteed, can cost $100s or $1000s per GB.
But for DIY try this:

info:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk
Program only:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Download
Rescue Disk:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/TestDisk_Livecd

Id use the rescue disk if you havent reinstalled anything since it will load up a temporary OS to run the recovery tool.

Good Luck!

Its been a while since I've done anything meaningful exercise wise, and I really need to get back into shape. I can get a rebate back from my insurance by joining a gym, but feel really self conscious about going.
But I am really competitive so maybe an exercise buddy would work for me. I don't know.
Ideas?

Pretty much the whole Fantasy section at the book store or the library. But a few of the ones that I have watched/read the most:

LotR series; I did like the Children of Hurin, it was more accessable than the other works.
The Recluce series
Wheel of Time (bogs down in places, but well worth the effort).
The Earthsea series, I haven't read pas the the oldest three, so I can't really say anything about those.
Elric is another one thats slow in places but can be really awesome.
Anthony's Incarnate (or is it Immortal) series
And who can forget the Black Company?
I have many many more but those have touched me enough that I remember them to this day.

The best Fantasy movie has to be Jackson's LotR (I consider all of them one giant movie since it was all shot at once.)
Anyone seen Tinman or Earthsea?

omg i have the elric saga in hardback man. ooooh yeah.

and didja ever see clerks 2?

I have Elric in hardback as well although it doesn't have the original artwork. I haven't seen Clerks 2, but its in my Netflix queue now, after Quantum Leap.

I still play many of the strategy games like Master of Orion, Master of Magic, Colonization, and Civilization 2. First person shooters Doom and Hexen.
Most of the old dungeon crawler DnD stuff.

FireFox just recently updated to 3.5.2 and I've noticed a few issues myself. You should try the extension IE Tab, its basically like having IE open in Firefox.
Sometimes I use Google's Chrome for non-Firefox browsing.
