The question is why do you post ?.
I post because I am bored to death and I have nothing better to do . .....  . I post to follow my thoughts about how I see life in general with no malice or pretence attached . I post sometimes although I am tired and not feeling well just to follow the truth, logic, and reality . .

I just got a call from the vice principal at my daughter's school. She forged my initials and the teacher's initals on a reading log she was supposed to turn in. NOW she has a sat detention, which means I also have to get up at 730 on my sat off and take her to detention and then pick her up.  Needless to say, tonight is not going to be a very fun night for this kid.   
On Sat ?. Here all schools are CLOSED on Sat . Kids will be kids and the teachers with their superior should grow more skin as they blow complaints of proportion nearly all the time . |

were is the best place to start reading the bible? and why? but the bible IS a fantasy book... People read millions of fantasy books in the world so reading one extra is no harm UNLESS you believe in its crap . |

My husband does not want me anymore and it is hard to come to grips with this. He stays out all night and may not come home. Texts his co-worker (female) all types of night and day telling his family that I am just evil and making a mess of his life. Prior to this I was his everything and that was better to him and his child then anyone else. I truly don't understand all marriages have issues, but he is just given up so soon. I am good though. I'm just not understanding how someone would be so strong minded about getting a divorce but not be cheating. We talk and he still wants a divorce can someone tell me why and tell me why I still love him despite how this is going? Huh....you love your husband and in profile you are looking for a male for friendship . Is this the new love of 2009 ?!!!. |

The way I see it : the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan should come to an end soon to save lives and money . Of course the morons will support any tyrant war it does not matter how much it costs because they are followers of the Administration .

The Bible was written by man. Hundreds upon hundreds of years after occurrences. Words that were passed down generation to generation, and as stories change hands...people added and took away.. Written by at first to instill fear then later, the New Testament...to show really who God is. There is absolutely no proof, no one can say actually what was said, what happened. Look now at the NIV version compared to say...The King James version. Vast changes in single words take on new meanings.... Yes, parables, psalms etc, etc all to ones own interpretations. The bible was written by men according to their simple and primitive views about many life aspects . The more you read it the more you realize how ignorant it is !.

i believe that bible is a book of jesus's actions and work he has done for his people. Not only that but the bible is from jesus! most bible have what jesus says quoted in red! so i find that the bible helps u understand how ur suppose to act and what u shold do to be a follower or christ. as far as it makin u less of a believer if u dont read it; well thats fully up to u! IT depends on who u ask. no two answers will be the same Religion is another human headache that I certainly do better without it at all .

Hummm well my daughter moved out 3 years ago and in fact is in the process of signing for her first house.... My son well he has moved out and back several times he lost his job a few months ago and had to move back home.... To me my home is open to my kids anytime they need to come back home. I would never leave them without a place to stay.....And no they have never paid rent while living at home either I only wished I felt I could have moved back home when I was in a bind growing up...... .

All this blame back and forth does no good at all....we are all at fault. We are a violent nation..we constantly find another nation to call the enemy, we are always looking for a reason to fight. It is obvious in these threads everyday..we want to kill people, castrate child molesters, torture those who do bad, have public hanging, everyone points the finger at everyone else. What have we turned in to..a nation of blood thirsty revenge seekers..an eye for an eye mentality.. there will always be someone to hate and kill because we seek them. If you do not follow the teachings of a religion how can you call yourself religious ?. Christinians in America are Christinians in names only . They are doing everything contrarily to Christianity : abortions, homosexuality, lies, killings, adultery....etc....etc .

Yeah I know, but still. Those guys will not get a job easily. After all those years, and then come home and they wouldn't even recognize USA. Imagine if you would come home after a couple of years, and you find your family or g/f thrown out of the house, because the bank foreclosed on them..with no job or living in a dirty little apartment from paystubs or unemployed checks. That could be devastating for someone who might also be suffering a post war syndrome. Those who sent the troops to die overseas like G.W. Bush. Donald Rumesfeld, Paul wolfowitz, Dick Cheney......and their neo cons are living like kings in the US . What a travesty ! . When are people starting to question those who order them to die for NOTHING while they live as kings ?!!!. |
