From the last couple of months, I am feeling that he is lying to me about almost everything, I also got to know that he cheated on me. Our relationship is not on good track. What should I do? Should I stop and move on? The fact is no one can answer that question for you.... in your heart you know the truth already and maybe just don't want to face it... No matter what anybody says to you on here you are going to do what you want in the end... |

" 2018 Golden Globes"

Golden Globes anyone watching it? Myself I have listen to it the first 30 minutes and it's all about Women rights and the Sexual Harassment that has happened... I'm one if I watch something I want it to be what it is about.. If they want to make it Political they need to buy air time just for that.. Those that are interested in it would watch.. I have been in my office listening to it or I would have already turned the channel~~~~ So am I the only one that thinks this way??? I know many say freedom of speech.. I just think if it is going to be about the Golden Globes then stick to what the Golden Globes is suppose to be about. That's why I don't watch any of the awards shows anymore... I felt the same way... |

What does that mean exactly? I think they are in love with the idea of being in love and the happily ever after.... but maybe not sure if they really know how to go about making it happen..... But who knows except the person who says that...lol |

If one can be aroused 'watching' the adult movies,,, how likely is it they can be aroused 'watching' the real thing,,,? whether involved as a threesome, foursome, orgy, or swinging event,,,,, IF one can diminish it to mere excitement of viewing,,,how much of a stretch would it take to concede to personal experiences where there are others to 'watch'? I've gone through my stages in life, and I think the times I would have been most 'open' to less than strictly one on one interactions was when I Was into 'watching' the movies, when the visualizations themselves were a source of turn on,,, It has been so long since Ive had or even been around sex..... I watch porn I just think about having one man there and Id be good....lol Don't know what Id do with 2 men...lol |

If a giver and the taker break off their relationship.. a giver will try their best.. to make it work.. a taker won't try at all. They will sit there cold and abstain taking the giver's words..of love and.. what that means.. And only hearing the negative .. only hearing that The Giver didn't give enough..to them.. And then when the giver finally gives up.. and realizes they are with a taker.. The taker will close the door on The Giver and go to bed and sleep. Soundly insured in the thought.. that it's not their problem.it ended. Well The Giver we'll stay up all night tossing and turning.. thinking perhaps they Should Have gave a little more..to the taker..but.. then The Giver.. will give themselves a piece of advice.. stop giving to the taker.. . Do you have any little antidotes to contribute to this topic..lol I read this and it brought me back to my first marriage....I was indeed married to a taker and he took so much from me I was drained... He did in fact tell me more then once that he didn't have a problem and the problem was all mine...go to bed and sleep like a baby while I stayed awake so mad and frustrated I couldn't sleep... then he would wake up the next morning and act as if nothing had happened..... so I finally took care of my problem and got rid of him.....lol Don't want to every have another taker in my life unless they are a giver as well....lol That's for sure....lol |

My Question For The Day
|
|
Technically the OP starts the new day considering she asked her question in the afternoon of yesterday. So it hasn't been 24 hours yet. I think I know why I quit sending messages.....I got tired of no reply. Exceptions to those in the forums. I do of course say more than "Hi Pretty" or "Hi". I try to find something in a woman's profile that gives a commonality and try to go on that. Unfortunately though, many do not have information to go on and make it quite hard to come up with a message that may perk her interest. LOL...I didn't actually take note of the time of day... I just happened to get a message at that time... lol ... And its good you say more then that when you send a message... It could just be something as simple as hey how are you doing today??? At least that gives us something to respond to....lol |

Better yet, once a week (or so) I get a woman who views my profile and then deactivates her profile. Had one a few hours ago. I get a lot of those too.. |

My Question For The Day
|

I don't understand why men send a message and all it says is HELLO PRETTY..... Do they think that will make a woman melt or is because they can't think of anything else to say?
I'm going to assume he's not just a scammer or phisher sending out 10,000 emails to every profile he comes across, or that shows as online. That he's not one of 100 people sitting in a shack in a 3rd world country getting paid by the number of responses he gets to his email. Assuming he's "genuine," just some local guy looking for love/dating/female interaction for genial purposes or romance, then: - many guys are using the phone app. They aren't really sending you a message, like email, so much as texting you. Typing out lengthy emails on a small screen with a touch keyboard tends to be a pain. - They are trying to start a conversation, not send you a sales pitch and purchasing contract. - The mindset between a reader and a writer is different. Readers inherently have a perspective like "ok, I have this email in my hand. I can read it or not. I can take my time, really get into it, see what it says, it's mine, it's not going anywhere. Ball is in my court, they're waiting for my response." Writers don't have that luxury. They're more of "here's a profile, maybe online and they could sign off at any moment and maybe never sign on again, they may be in the middle of talking to someone, they aren't directly asking me personally to contact them, I don't know this person, they are a stranger, I'm putting the ball in their court." - Majority of messages sent do not get a reply, or get a negative (unsuccessful/"not interested") response. Doesn't matter if someone spends a lot of time on their email, or sends a "hi." Most message attempts end in failure. People build shortcuts in handling their consistent experience. No incentive to send anything more than "hi." There are no perceived consequences to sending just "hi." What consequence do they get? "I have thought about sending a message back asking them but then I think that would be rude so I don't" No reply. In your head, on your end of the computer, completely unbeknownst to them, you (may) have refused to respond because they only said "hi pretty." On their end, they simply get "no reply." That is the same consequence as when they've sent out longer emails. Other women may have sent nothing because of the picture, or he had a cat, or she met someone, or she hasn't signed into the website for 8 months. But from the guys perspective the same thing happens the majority of the time no matter what they send. No reply. No reason to put any effort into it. Better to just send something quick to see if there will be any response at all. - A lot of people try to force online interaction into an offline equivalent they understand. What do you say when you first meet someone in real life? Something like "Hi." No I usually respond to most people that send me a message unless I know that I'm 100% for sure not interested at all... the ones that have nothing on their profile,I'll send them a message asking why they have nothing about themselves... sometimes they will fill it out and send me another message telling me to check it out..... But to be honest most of the men I have talked to have just been scammers.... I have met about 6 or 7 for drinks and I have made some friends but no love connection as of yet..... I'll just keep looking though...lol |
