For the past few nights I have experienced several realistic and somewhat enlightening dreams.
Other than freaking myself out, do you guys think that our dreams hold a purpose? Or are they just a reaction to something I ate the night before? ha I'm interested in discussing the subconcious, all comments welcome! ~A |

Sexuality is so confusing in and of itself. Don't lose faith! The dating scene sucks for everyone.

It is an unfortunate truth that one must share similar interests with a sig. other unless they plan on hating one another :)

Okay, so the short version of a rather long story is this:
I am seeing a wonderful guy. There are a few glitches, (age gap, difference of interests, blah blah blah) but I am more than willing to give this relationship a chance. However, the huge issue for me is that he is too loving. Yes, I know that sounds totally crazy. But for some reason his constant onslaught of affection kind of intimidates me. We have only been dating for a few weeks, and yet he acts like I can do no wrong. He even seems to hint at overtones of marriage and children~ eek! I really just want to get to know this guy, relax, and have fun, but he seems so serious about "winning me over" that I feel kind of turned off. So yes, I feel like the bad guy/emotionally challenged here. Any sage advice or similar experiences? ~A |

It would be great to get some feedback on this topic... Has anyone ever had success with a long term "pen pal" relationship once the two of you actually met in person? I am just curious, with the rise of online dating services, do people actually get positive results? I mean, you have to admit this is a rather strange way to get to know people. Open to all comments! ~A

Prophesy and Christ

One must be careful to realize that the Bible is composed of multiple
genres that apply to different points of history. For example, there are passages that are considered to be myth, poetry, fiction, or non fiction. It has been revised multiple times by multible individuals and is not organized chronologically. So what I am getting at is, do your research! ;-) Not everything in the Bible is fact and not all is fictional. |

Does Veganism equal death?

Hello everyone! I have been trying vegan diet for over a year now and
people constantly accuse me of being unhealthy. I try to supplement different foods so I get all required nutrients. What do you guys think? What are the pros and cons of veganism? |

Sexism in religion

There are Native American religions that are less patriarical, but
overall, yes religion is horribly sexist. Just look at Genisis and the creation story. It is these worldviews that stemmed our lopsided ethics of today. Never in the history of humankind has there been a matriarical society. |

I don't believe in perfection- study the religious paradoxes. You might
be interested in taking a few philosophy and spirituality courses. The best way to discover your own oppinion is to learn afterall. |
