Good evening, I advise you to stop initiating dates or excepting date offers by this person. He seems to enjoy playing games and upsetting you. Stop having any further contact with him and if he calls just tell him that you are busy and have no time. After you tell him that, start becoming busy with things and activities you enjoy.
