A lack of evidence is not evidence of lack.
Exactly! Just because you haven't had a chance of experiencing "something" doesn't mean that "something" is nonesence! 15 years ago I was lucky to be involved with a real Hypnotist -- a medical PhD student at that time. (Haven't had a better relationship ever since!) I mean the guy knew my every whim!!! He could read my (and other's) mind from another room. Obviously, there was a limit to that ability: he could only patially read mind from outside the building (not to mention the other part of city -- as the "Remote Viewing" proponnents are currently insisting is possible). As far as hypnotising our friends, he's never planted any suggestions in their minds -- that would undermine his exploratory purpose! In medical practice, he used the hypnosis only for curing patients of various psychological ailments, such as stattering, hysteria, fears, etc. -- that oten required Regression because some of those problems stemmed from the childhood -- (even a sexual inconsistency, i.e. "premature ejaculation"). Such sessions had to be performed under special conditions -- secluded quiet room, no interruptions, etc. Really gifted people are way above the petty wordly fuss -- they have no desire for publicity, recognition, public admiration, etc. He's never displayed his talent on a dare: he was confident in his abilities and thus extremely concientious. In fact, such people are asked to sign certain papers that restrict exercising their talents in everyday life. In fact, he never had to resort to any kind of tricks because he's had a busy private practice! Unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago due to heart annuerysm, I've learned a lot from him -- especially about the dormant talents residing within each of us (to a greater or lesser degree). In fact, he was always amazed at what people could be capable of, if only they would've been aware of those talents! For that reason, I can't help being filled with dismay when people declare that something is impossible! Beleive me, ANYTHING is possible! (we might not simply be ready it, yet...) Though, as far as the Reincarnation is concerned, I doubt we will ever be ready to accept the fact of our spirit's Immortality!!! |

Einstein is well known for his use of intuition, and he wrote about it also, and acknowledged that that was a very important part of his work. And mathematicians have appreciated the fact that intuition is the function that really breaks new ground, and that then logic and reason have to follow up on the intuition for proof and validation. But that creative leap is always an intuitive leap that enables us to see things that we haven't noticed before. It's a new perception. It's as though it allows us to notice what we haven't noticed and acknowledge what we perhaps already know but have forgotten in some way.
Intuitive knowing is sort of knowing from within. It's knowing by identification with, rather than gathering information about something. So there is that feeling of sort of merging with the object under observation, you might say. But it's more of a sense of knowing which comes from an inner knowing. It's a sense of inner knowing rather than something that you need to learn about. ________________ being intuitive is trusting yourself___________ Developing intuition also is inseparable from developing self-awareness. However, while some people are capable of automatic intuition, the majority of others have to meditate in order to get in touch with the inner mind This is why any spiritual discipline or practice that requires self-observation is helpful -- any meditation that enables you to develop concentration or quiet the mind. Many people find that their intuition really blossoms just as a sort of side effect of meditation, because once they start practicing concentration or emptying the mind, then they find that intuitive abilities just seem to be much more available. Much of information we encounter we perceive on an unconscious level, i.e. without making conscious notes in our minds. But the unconscious mind not only perceives information but will process it for meaning. Unconscious perception can be understood as a phenomena of how a stimulus can affect us, how the mind still perceives stimuli that can influence the observers' responses, attitudes and thoughts despite of not being consciously aware of them, cannot report or detect them. There are many processes that are continuously going on in the body and brain of which we are unaware, for example the brain has to regulate heart rate or breathing or the release of required hormones when needed. These processes happen without our conscious awareness of them and are part of the homeostasis that keeps the body functioning at an optimum level. . . . . . . . . . . HOWEVER . . . . . . . . . . Unconscious Perception does take time for trickling down (or up) into our conscious mind, while Intuition is instantanious * * * * * * * * * * |

But of course, Only members of a group are allowed to use offensive words among themselves, while others should be respectful!
Certainly, the term "transgender" is more plausible... But, regardless of the label you put on a peice of sSHIT, its not going to change its stinking essence (even if its called EXCREMENT)!!! As William Schackspire put it: A rose (or a tranny) is still a rose (or a tranny) BY ANY OTHER NAME!!!

I dont know if feelings are biological in nature...
As if we are competely free from our heredity?!! {HEREDITY: the biological process whereby genetic factors are transmitted from one generation to the next. (Google) } + the traights acquired during pegnancy! There are a lot of highly cultural and respected people who cannot change what they are -- just like a zebra cannot shake her stripes off!!! ___________________________ _____________________________ |
