here's a little bit of advice from the other side (usmc here, oohrah!)
just remember what he's going through. It's not going to be easy, it will take sacrifices. Look forward to long hours, and little communication sometimes. there are good sides as you'll see, but be ready for it to get rough at some point. hopefully you'll stay through it with him, and vice versa. good luck ~Sean |

LCDs (particularly older ones when the technology wasn't as advanced)
are darker, so no it isn't your eyes deceiving you. But as they do not use cathode radiation, they're much easier and better on the eyes. Hope that helps, ~Sean |
