what you need for this is:

1 red onion
1 large clove of garlic
1 bell pepper (or any other pepper you like)
sweet pickle relish
salt and black pepper
and rotoni macaroni
3/4 cup merical wip
and basil(optional)
1 cup diced ham

boil 4 cups of macaroni
cut up 1 half cup of red onion
cut half cup of bell pepper
mince the clove of garlic
put everything in a boll
mix in 3/4 merical wip(you can reduce or add if you want)
add 1-2 table spoons of sweet pickle relish
mix in macaroni
add 1 cup diced ham
season with salt and pepper to taste

well ty =]

pre heat oven to 350

get a 3 lb pork roast loin

chop up 2 table spoons worth of rosemarie
chop up 1 to 2 large cloves of garlic

put 8-10 deep cuts into the pork roast

put the rosemarie and garlic mix into the cuts of the pork roast

melt some butter on the bottom of the roasting pan, cut some onion and put it in the melted butter.

put roast in the pan once butter is melted and drizzle the roast in extra virgin olive oil

if you want potatoes you can cut up 8-10 russet potatoes and boil them for 10-15 min

wile they are boiling cut up a table spoon of basil and put in a boll then put some olive oil in that same boll

once the potatoes are done boiling cool them and then toss them with the basil mix, make sure the potatoes are completly covered

put in oven for 55-60 min or untell the temp is at 155
take out of the oven and put foil over the roast, let it sit for 20-25 min or untell temp is at 160

we only talked to eachother 2 times for about 10 min each and in that short period of time i found out that shes going to school at the university near my house, she was hired resently at this place about a block from were i work and she starts monday. i feal a little stupid though cuz i dont even know her name

anyway the reason for this post is to find out when i should go up to her and ask her out, im always realy bad with the timeing i ether wait to long or not long enuff.

my plan was to check out that restrant she was hired at its a new place and its opening day is monday so it woudnt be to weird if i show up
