pre heat oven to 350
get a 3 lb pork roast loin chop up 2 table spoons worth of rosemarie chop up 1 to 2 large cloves of garlic put 8-10 deep cuts into the pork roast put the rosemarie and garlic mix into the cuts of the pork roast melt some butter on the bottom of the roasting pan, cut some onion and put it in the melted butter. put roast in the pan once butter is melted and drizzle the roast in extra virgin olive oil if you want potatoes you can cut up 8-10 russet potatoes and boil them for 10-15 min wile they are boiling cut up a table spoon of basil and put in a boll then put some olive oil in that same boll once the potatoes are done boiling cool them and then toss them with the basil mix, make sure the potatoes are completly covered put in oven for 55-60 min or untell the temp is at 155 take out of the oven and put foil over the roast, let it sit for 20-25 min or untell temp is at 160 injoy :) |
