The bible was written by sheepherds, day laborers, and fishermen for about almost 2000 years ago when the majority of people thought the Sun revolve around the Earth. Must you care to come up with reasonable arguments against people who holds beliefs from reading texts by dinosaurs!?

Daniel Dennett said something like Religion is something analogous to a parasite. In order for the Religion to survive, they must continuously seek out new host. So the best solution to this problem is to kill the hosts before they infect the other hosts with their parasite. Militant?
