^^ never saw that one. I watched the one last night where the killer was delivered his victims by this guy the Unsub abused. Believed the guy worked in public health services. They'd take people living on the street to kill. He held his victims at an old meat factory and the kill room had "kill room" written on the wall. He played a movie for the girl to watch. It was an old man who was bloody and strapped to a gurney. He was begging for help. Then his left arm was taken off by a chainsaw.
she was covered in blood and cut up and still managed to out run a doberman and get to another room and shut the door .. not that the other room was any better considering there was body parts dangling from the ceiling.

I figured. Someone else mentioned that too. I want to join a gym but I can't. It's not a priority right now. Even when I spent a month working out 4 days a week, and walking in the park and forcing myself to do some running ... I still never saw any results.

If I could just find someone to work out with ...

I do kickboxing. I used to train in a class but it became too expensive. I do it on my own now but it's not just the same. It doesn't help that I can control how much I actually push myself. I liked it better when I had someone pushing me. It made me work harder.

I started with weights. I've gained some muscle but actually loosing weight has been unsuccessful. I've started slacking lately.

I cut out fast food which has been the best decision I could have possibly made. I did cut out added sugar for a while (when I was working out 4 times a week) but I have not seen any differences by doing that.

If you have suggestions I am willing to try them.

Or maybe he has a gay friend and he's just that comfortable with sexuality?
