mabye work as a certified nurse assistant...free training here in chicago.... you get the chance to learn a lot of nursing skills..lifting/moving/transferring /cleaning patients and hopefully marry a nurse...nurses always end up marrying their nurse assistants.... Ok...if this is true, and all I have to do is pass the state test to be a CNA, then I can marry a nurse???? I am sooo there. Yes...I did receive the training...so I am in like Flynn. 
take the cna licensure test and pass..get CPR ACLS CERTIFICATION...be humble.... learn good skills ie people skills/customer service/ teach patients to walk/ shower/shave patients..and be good poop patrol...nurses will love you.... work your way towards your RN and then youre there.... It is difficult to get an R.N., you have to pass many courses in biology, math, anatomy etc. You have to be accepted into nursing school and pass all courses, including your hospital clincal courses. When you graduate you then have to pass the state boards. You do not work your way towards an R.N. by becoming a C.N.A. this is all ridiculous. |

I live in a state were mobile homes are all over the place (AZ). I see mobile homes from the 1950's in one trailer park I pass when I go to work. I have never seen them moved but I was not watching either.
The economy is so bad people that make repairs on mobile homes (floor problem) should be cheap or do it yourself. I agree $1200 is a small amount. I personally would look around to see if there are more bargains. They even have foreclosed homes that are going for way under value. |

Just saw 2012

Well, if you like disaster flicks, and awesome disaster scenes, then go and see 2012. It isn't a film that will win Best Picture, but it is good. If you like John Cusack, then will get to see him as a hero, which is so very different for him. Anyways, it is a long film, and it does drag in spots, but the effects make up for it. I want to see it. Thanks Goof

to machines...and never know why they call. 1st thing this am, 'hello'. Annoying, no one calls that early and so when it rings ... get a little worried. Call your phone company and get call blocking for those annoying calls. I had a demented woman that called over and over leaving long messages for her son. I called my phone company and received call blocking (not sure of the formal name). You can block any number you want, it's great. |

A co-worker is offering me his single wide mobile home for $1,200. He said he'll throw in a three year old washer, older dryer, older stove, and older refridgerator for an extra $200. The bathroom floor need replaced soon. The heater and hot water tank are about three years old. It's a two bedroom, but the 2nd bedroom is way too small, so it's actually a one bedroom. It's in good condition. It was built around 1970, but is solid, and in good shape, all it needs is a little floor repair in the bathroom and in the bedroom closet. It's at a trailer park which is bad. If I deceide to buy this trailer, I will be moving it, so that means I have to buy a plot of land. I've looked around and it's going to be atleast $15,000 for a decent piece of land with utilities. I will have no choice but to keep it at the park it's at for now. That's around $500 a month for everything (water, electric, gas, etc.). To get into the park, there's a $50 app. fee, security, and water deposit, so it would be around $550 to get in. I'm thinking to get a lot and to move the trailer is going to cost around $27,000. The trailer doesn't have an axle. What do you think? Should I go for it? The economy is very bad right now and people are selling extremely low, I would look around ALOT more, there are many deals. I would look everyplace: newspapers, online, craigslist, or just drive around to find for sale signs. Good Luck
