So i like this girl online (Non JSH)and well she says she likes me and were talkin on msn, and she starts responding and i told her if im bothering her to just tell me, and she tells me no but she doesnt say much so i hint on tellin her i like her but she doesnt really say much about it then she doesnt respond so im feeling she in away mode so i just log off i dunno if i should keep talkin to her or tell her straight up if she too busy for me, and i do like her? im so confused

Well me too but I still talk to people and I'm always surprised at the "WTF" factor... I like to eff with people a good amount, I guess I'm kinda shy... Or I guess I just think no one really cares what the hell I have to say, so I just feed em horse pucky. They either never get it and prove how numb they are, or they get it right off the bat and it's fun flinging pucky or it actually leads to a nice conversation.... I'm just not at all tenacious enough when it comes to asking for numbers or giving them.... That whole game is a hard one to play lol!! :) |

I was in that situation muyself years ago. My best friend wouldnt listen and I couldnt take it. I finally told her that I could npo longer be her friend and watch the two of them destroy each other, possibly one of them get killed. I told her that I loved her and wanted the best for her but that it hurt too much. I walked away for years. You know what....she called earlier last year, she left her abusive relationship and is now engaged to man so worthy of her, and she deserves him. I am proud of her and her new life. SHe thanked me for walking away. It helped to open her eyes. That's what I'm talking about, people like that are sometime looking for attention or have deeper issues that if you get involved, it usually escalates the drama and puts you dead center. Don't fuel the flames. |

It's not your problem and it's not for you to get involved in other peoples lives. Just stop being her friend, who need friends like that anyway. People are so quick to forget that we pretty much choose every situation we put ourselves in... |

ok my neighbor has an abusive x. She wont press charges, or file a restraing order. My problem is everytime something happens i hear about it. So do i stop being her friend or try and help? i give her advice but she never takes it. Just tell her if she isn't willing to respect herself... She should expect you to respect her and you really don't need the drama. You just don't have the patience or time to deal with someone who wont learn and wont stand up for herself... We help those that are willing to help themselves... :) |

I agree, allot of times we take our freedoms for granted. Allot of
people piss on this country, including people from this country, and I know sometimes I knock it too, but when all's said and done, we have it pretty good over here. However, I still think country is being headed by jack asses, but that's another topic :) |

Counseling wont do anything except open lines of communication by means
of an intermediary. Opening up communication doesn't mean squat when all you are getting is lies... You want to get him back?? Leave his ass, tell him to get his tail from online since he is obviously already trying... Tell him to see how that works out because he wont be getting it from you anymore. I've done the game playing thing and it only prolongs the inevitable and messes with the psyche the whole while. It is VERY true.... 2 wrongs do not make a right. |
