Legal Tender is Legal Tender! In the UK there are legal tender "guidelines" for small change, eg 2p for amounts not exceeding 20p. In addition, movie theaters, convenience stores and gas stations may refuse to accept large denomination currency (usually notes above $20) as a matter of policy." Any particular style? "Watching Movies" meditation ... 90 mins free from the daily "noise" of extraneous thoughts and worries ... Concentrating exclusively on the movie will help hugely to filter/block out extraneous unwanted thoughts ... Thoughts about unpaid bills, relationships, work etc etc Concentrating exclusively on performing the task in hand to the best of your ability can be used in relation to anything ... eg cooking tonight's dinner ... but the act of watching a movie tends to make it fairly automatic ... Just my view ...
