Topic: honey pan seared salmon over the fry pan

2 T honey
2 pounds of real pink salmon fillets
cup of milk
breadcrumbs mixed with cornmeal for coating
black pepper and salt to taste
2t cayenne pepper
1/4 T dill weed
spritz of lemon juice

soak fillets in milk. Put honey, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, dill weed, and lemon juice in bowl. Stir. Take fillets and throw in bread crumb mix and then toss in seasoning mix. Fry till done.

Serve with

a) twice baked potatoes
b) Cheese curl snacks

for dessert consider frozen yogurt plain or chocolate with cantaloupe

Oven Fried Chicken!!!

Marinade chicken in buttermilk and a tablespoon of hot sauce overnight...
Coat with flour and favorite spices,
Dunk into buttermilk again,
Coat with crumbled corn flakes and favorite spices
Cook at 350 till done
yummy sounds good
