Hey well considering you are here reading this then you must be somewhat interested....so if so, say aloud "YES I AM" 10 times until everyone in the general facinity is looking at you like your crazy...thats your key to stop...just a an exercise to get your blood pumping....you need to acclimate yourself to the feeling because when with me, its always a blood pumping expirence.
