You could not handle me; that's why my pic is not up, At this present moment in time, I have no interest in dating anybody as it will detract from my overall goal, however dating sites are great communication mediums for like minded people and a great way to communicate and discuss the finer and obscure things in life. I am here to make some friends only, help people along the way and offer a shoulder to cry or laugh on. I am ultra confident successful and a cheeky git lol. I know my intent says putting serious whatever into finding somebody, but it will not let me put not looking, yet on some women's profiles I have seen that they can put this. The one good thing about having 4 elder sisters is that I grew up learning the depths of a woman's mind and **** that scared me and even felt sorry for some of my sisters boyfriends who thought they had control lol. God you can be devious far more devious than men ! I have a 58" chest 30" waist look 35 and am continually being told I have deep brown come to bed eyes that can see into your soul, but who cares one day I will get old...Except in my heart. I am a very pionate guy and am currently helping the less fortunate find more opportune paths in their life. I left school at 15 and by the time I was 19 I was running the company I was working for. My qualifications came at around the age of 30. I am currently trying to establish a worthy training package for the unemployed and this is taking up quite bit of my time, promoting it to related governing bodies. I have been called a lovable rogue amongst other things lol. I am just me and proud to be me! Oh and I can talk for England. I suppose the one thing I do miss is having a dancing partner because I love to dance and boy can I dance. I just can not understand why people say I look like a strangled chicken when I do, Some people have no understanding of rhythm and style lol. I love life and what life brings, both good and bad. My only trait is that I can sometimes be a tad direct with people. If a spade is a spade then why call it a shovel? You have the power to be who and what you ever wanted to be all you have to do is believe.. It really is that simple. This world owes you no favours and this world will certainly not do you any favours.. just open your heart, open your eyes and open yourself to new and exciting things and all your dreams will come true..It is no good wishing you had done something..Do it and enjoy what it brings. Let me show you a very simple trick.. Picture two bins inside your head one black and one white.. inside the black bin is all your negative thoughts and inside the white bin is all your happy thoughts.. so whenever you have a bad thought or a thought that makes you feel sad then imagine opening the black bin and throwing it in.. now at the same time as you throw this sad thought away bring a happy thought from the white bin out and visualise it.. over a very short period of time your outlook on life will become more and more positive.. and all you are doing is filling your head with happy thoughts..lol It works! it will motivate even the most de motivated and make you appear more happy, lively, successful, whatever you want to be, to those around you and to the world in general. Just simply change the description on the black and white bin.. and you have a route to your dreams or desires.. The one thing I would like is communication with people who think they could aid me in my perusal to achieve the help needed to establish a comprehensive training package to aid those less fortunate or less confident to establish themselves as a dynamic presence in today's market place. This means I am in the process of establishing a routine to aid an individual to promote themselves in their chosen field. My ultimate goal is to show an individual that they can easily with a little thought establish a company or business through the medium we call the internet. Apart from this it allows us to have discussions on a personal level with something that personally relates to us all. I have an HND a degree and a DMS which is an MBA equivalent. There is an old saying in life that says you can not teach somebody to sweep the floor unless you have learned to sweep the floor yourself. So I would like to talk to people who consider themselves experts in all related forms of business and commerce and all related sub sectors as defined by that argument. For instance you may be a marketing supremo or an accountant, or even a teacher with related business skills that are transferable. Every single person on this planet has the ability to be successful; every single person. I have designed and implemented a free package that allows any individual to create a business from their untapped ability and can easily show these people how to establish themselves in a market place identified by this ability. As long as they can understand English, can type one sentence and add one and one together then the world is truly their oyster. Everything else is like Lego! You start with one block, add others to it till you create the desired effect. For instance you do not have to be an accountant to understand a basic profit and loss account, You do not have to be a marketing supremo to understand sector segmentation. You teach people the required basics and aid them where and when necessary. NB: This is a profile about me and what I am doing in my life, I am telling you about my dreams my plans and my goals not promoting a business, for a business denotes that I receive a financial benefit from my work and it clearly states above I am doing this for free. So I now have a dilemma which says how do you get somebody who can not read or write up to a standard of thought that allows them to accomplish their dreams. I am currently breaking a business process down into manageable sub units and offering those sub units to unemployed people as a focused direction to achieve their goals... This means that they will require advise from time to time and I estimate that one hour a week per advisor will be all that is necessary. I mean they will not be complex questions. What is a sub sector can be complexly argued by you but in effect it is A or B not A or B with a but that depends on C. Ok lets look at a SWOT ysis you and I would go into depths beyond their understanding, Rudimentary knowledge however allows them to develop insight and it is that insight that allows a person to gain further understanding based on need or want. So if I can break something like Marketing down into 12 hourly thought provoking lessons then I can teach them the correct basics to allow a springboard to success.. It is like financial accounting... They do not need to know why a profit and loss account must exist but need to know how to develop a process to create one.. Allow them to understand the basics and then allow their wants needs or desires to enhance their understanding of a subject to be given priority through the availability to someone who can explain that part of the process in greater detail.. The beauty of this is that the expanded detail can now be handled through a simple forum, Q and a process or conclusive articles that do not need repeion. Once the question has been answered then why repeat it. The ahh but what if; shows me their motivation and therefore shows me the need for somebody to advise them further.. to me it is that simple. I have designed an SEO routine (Search Engine Optimisation) that allows me to get first to tenth position on Google for a search term. Now this I have saved to offer the unemployed exclusivity on... but to achieve this I must show them how to install a web server on their computer, how to design, manipulate and enhance the ten most used software scripts available, etc etc along a route ending up with a commercially viable and aware end result anybody would be proud of. In effect I motivate them by allowing them to see the results of their own actions. It all started from a question, If I have no money, no transferable skills and no motivation to better myself then how can I competently design web pages and create something as simple as this site. You see my goal is to take somebody from a blank page to their dream and show them along the way ideals that may suit them I can control everything except the motivation inside them. So the argument inside my head is how do I motivate somebody through words and pictures alone. In 48 hourly sessions I can turn you into a web designer as competent as most of the so called designers out there. Because I have swept the floor and therefore know the quickest route from A to B. If I can do this with web design I can do this with Sales, Marketing, Financial Accounting and any other business process through modulisation. For those skilled in a particular discipline the complexity comes when you try and break this down into understandable elements. Because of the diversity of peoples knowledge their desire to learn and the motivation required to enhance their standing. How do I teach somebody a skill and understanding in 16 hourly modules and keep them motivated or drive their thoughts forward to enhance their ability to follow a route to their goals. So my Dream is to show people how to become any integral part of any argument.
