Hi, I’m Jake. I love being outside, and almost nothing makes me happier than a walk in the woods. I love a good road trip, especially if its by bike. There’s few things better than getting on a motorcycle choosing a direction, and exploring all day. Martial arts have become an important part of my life. I’ve been studying a Japanese sword art called Iaijitsu for two and a half years. I love the continuous journey of self improvement which traditional martial arts inspire. I'm going to Thomas Nelson for Automotive Technology. I'm considering going on to a 4 year degree afterwords, maybe in engineering. I tend to be a very calm person, and easy to get along with. I tend to have a pretty positive outlook on life, and most people tend to notice that I smile a lot. I try my best to find the small bits of beauty in everyday life that most people overlook, the flower on the side of the road, or the small lizard basking in the sun.
