Hey I'm Ben, nice to meet you. I'll begin by saying that online dating is not my forte; just how much can a bunch of words and a picture really say about a prospective date? It is hard to show your true personality and how you carry yourself online as opposed to being "out in the field." But as a generally open-minded guy, I am going to give it another go. Anyway, about me: I recently moved back to Toledo from the Downriver Detroit area. I enjoy working out, hanging with friends and family, listening to different types of music, good food, just to name a few things. I am an easy-going guy that can carry on a nice conversation, have a bit of a sarcastic sense of humor. I am educated, independent, and am gainfully employed which I realize are qualities that are important to the better ladies on here. I am looking to meet someone who may share some common interests but who might want to show me some new hobbies/activities as well. What do I not find attractive in a potential date? Well, like most guys I am not a fan of games. If you are pretentious, have a sense of enlement, or are snobby we probably will not hit it off. Neediness, rudeness, or carrying more baggage than a Boeing 747 are also turn-offs. Looks are not everything, but I would be lying if I said that they did not matter at all (as would everybody else). There has to be some degree of physical attraction to make it work. I am not, however, shallow-minded. I don't care about eye/hair color, height, age (within reason), those are all attributes beyond our physical control. Anyway, that is my "dissertation" on myself. If you want to know more, I look forward to talking to you.
