Update--I recently bought a property in Nashville TN, so I often divide my time between Nashville and Los Angeles. I'm a balanced mixture of left and right brains (bi-brainal?). I can be super analytical when that's called for. I can also be wildly creative, artistic, and intuitive. I have a masters degree in engineering and worked 9 years for Hughes Aircraft Company (literally, a "rocket scientist") but ultimately, I quit to return to my first love--music (which was basically how I earned my way through engineering school in the first place.) I am now a critically acclaimed singer, songwriter and recording artist--living and working in Los Angeles. My life and my Art are all about Connection--finding the tones, touching the chords in our heart that connect us to one another. To me, music and laughter are both Divine, and proof positive of the existence of God. Aside from my music, I am also a financial strategist--I teach my clients how to save more money, protect and grow their assets safely, plan their retirement, etc. I also market a very specific new class of investments called Life Settlements, which provide remarkable (double-digit) rates of return with extremely low risk. I know, that sounds too good to be true, but I assure you, it absolutely IS true! If you're curious, ask... Some human virtues that I hold in high regard: integrity, courage, compassion, open-mindedness, a desire to somehow leave the world a better place. I have strong libertarian tendencies. I believe in personal freedom and personal responsibility. I'm a social liberal, a fiscal conservative. I believe the polarization of this country has to stop and those who perpetuate it should be roundly and soundly rebuked! Now, about this woman I seek...There has to be some degree of physical attraction. Don't we all want to feel the sparks flying? Physically, I'm often drawn to slender women with long hair (and legs!), but there have been some notable exceptions. The key is Femininity. It's hard to define exactly what that is. I just know that when I'm in the presence of it, it makes me feel more masculine! (And I think conversely, you could define Masculinity as the quality that makes a woman feel more feminine.) The gal I'm looking for understands this dynamic! She owns her sexuality and recognizes her power as a woman, but uses it responsibly, not to control or manipulate, but for the highest good. She's beautiful, inside and out, and she KNOWS it. But she's not stuck up or pretentious about it. In fact, she's humble and grateful for all her blessings. She gravitates toward lightness and humor; she laughs easily. She's also aware that some things need to be taken seriously. She's spirited, capable, and basically independent, but still not afraid to admit that she needs a man in her life. (And I'll the first to acknowledge, I sure need a woman in mine!) BTW, if you don't have any pictures of yourself posted, don't expect me to respond back. And similarly, if you don't bother to compose any kind of blurb about who you are/what you want in a relationship, how are we (guys) supposed to have any idea whether we'd click with you or not? Come on, give us something to go on! Write something! And for heavens sake, try to make it at least somewhat grammatically correct! Capitalize your sentences and end them with a period. So we know where they stop! You don't have to be a grammar wiz, but if you sound like you dropped out of the 4th Grade, that's a turn off! So at least try to come off as a woman of substance. Finally, be aware that I am hip to the many false impersonations and damsel-in-distress scams that are run off of these sites. So if that's your game, please don't waste my time or yours. I'm not going to send you any money for your ticket back from West Africa or Romania or wherever else you're claiming to be stranded. If we do hit it off, I will expect you to prove that you are the woman you represent yourself to be, using Skype or some other live video medium. In this day and age, a webcam can be bought for less than $10, so there's really no excuse...
