Hi I have a hp dual core laptop 2 gb ram 40gb hard drive space left.
The problem is i can surf fine. But when i type or use the up down arrows it will not respond for a second or 2. whether online or not. like typing a word i might have it typed before it shows up on the screen. does anybody know why a computer would do this? Thanks...Miles |

If you got 2 gig of Ram turn Turn your virtual memory up to at least 4000mb turn you Can also Tweak you Visual effects To performance instead of appearance,
that should solve your problem

sounds like it's being bogged down with programs or such. try cleaning it up some, get rid of all the programs your not using anymore, old files, temp files, do a defrag, run a virus scan....

actually the speed of your keyboard is not matching with hard drive. there can be lot reasons for slow hard drive may be you have installed lot of programs and drive space is low. my suggestion is that you reinstall your window.
