I did a thread yesterday on what everyone was cooking .. LOL
So here's what we had: We're gonna have a honeybaked ham w/pineapple slices, scalloped potatoes, broccoli in cheese sauce and croissant rolls. Lemon meringue pie for dessert.
And of course wine to wash it down YUMMY |

I as well spent it alone and had a beef pot pie. Not your traditional Easter dinner but it was still yummy!

Italian roast beef(family recipe), a veggie platter with homemede veggie dip..mmmmm orange cake with pineapple bits and cheesecake.. and of course lots of coffee

We had lamb with olive crust, homemade bread, herb-roasted potatoes, ham and corn, with brownie sundaes for dessert

I have Pnemonia ...So I had hot tea and soup while everyone else ate turkey and all the fixings...
