Yes and no. The needs of the few typically have what they already need economically. I am a product of "the few." My parents reflected that of Sam & Ginger from the film "Casino." Money does NOT buy happiness. Anyone who believes so is just in hope of a quick fix. YOU are the only person who is control of what makes you happy.

Sure, its noble for the few to sacrifice to benefit the many.

But it would be wrong for the many to coerce the few, justifying based on "greater need".
