I must've been to atleast 10 of these sites, some I filled my profile up with info, others I just wrote in some random ****, same response: Nothing. I honestly think these sites do not work. Ideas? If you're happy and you know it....share it, and try to post a picture of you smiling. If you paint a negative picture, you will not get many responses. Just a thought...............

Well I mostly get ignored, maybe it's because I don't smile in my pics lol ( and I'm not trying to play victim here, just sayin) I'm a quiet guy and I've always excelled at expressing myself on paper or by typing, never by speaking so with that thought-process, these sites should be easy to me, ah but the irony! You have 6 posts. ATM. Talk more in the forums.

I'm in the same boat- I've been on several sites now, and I've been getting absolutely nothing for responses. Other than spamming the inboxes of people with your requests for dates, there's not much else you can do.

Actually these sites do not work, you have to be willing to do the work which then will increase the odds at finding what you are looking for.

Well, I've been participating in dating sites on and off for the last 10 years and have yet to meet anyone decent (in person). Others have had better results. My theory is that there's an element of luck involved, an element of "right-place-at-the-right-time," an element of how "selective" you're going to be, and an element of any site's specific demographic breakdowns. There are ways to improve your odds but not all of them make it more likely that you'll find the type of person you really want.
