Topic: What is a Friend?

What is a person close to you? Do you call them a friend just for knowing their name and age? Do you call them a friend because you see them every morning? Do you call them a Friend for just being in the same store as you? Do you call them a Friend for being available when they can be to talk to you? Do you call them a friend for wanting to know whats wrong no matter how many times you tell them you "OK"? Do you call them a Friend because your afriad of it being more? Do you call them a friend so they wont feel alone? DO you call them a Friend to have Someone to hold to? What is a friend to you? What is expected of a friend and/or as a Friend? What do you or your "Friend" do that makes you call them your friend?

A friend is someone who is always there for you no matter how you feel or what you have done, who sticks by you no matter what.

A true friend is one who helps you see the truth, even if it hurts. This doesn’t mean we can go around stabbing our friends with hurtful words. It means being up front with them about important issues, raising gentle questions with tact and love.
