i messed my back up a long time ago.i was supposed to go to a Chiropractor a couple of years ago but never did.

my back only bothers me like once a year and i can usually get rid of the pain by taking Pain Ade,so i just never bothered going to a Chiropractor.plus they're so dang expensive!
