I guess I have one, I do not eat in my car anymore. I got a new (to me) car & decided I wasn't going to have fast food bags in it & maybe it would help me eat healther too! Only coffee, water & mints . So far I am doing pretty good, eat in it once with a friend because we got a snack at a gas stationm & there was no place to sit. I will go thru a drive thru for convieniece, but most of that crap isn't worth going in for! anyone else got a tip?

I think I should also make a rule for myself to NOT EAT AT THE COMPUTER. It's hard to walk away, but I should sit at the table & relax, enjoy my meal & not just snack while chatting.
