It is incredibly hard to not look at anyone male or female, especially if they are moving, however I think you are referring to lingering looks which understandably can cause problems, especially if the partner has confidence / trust issues.

I never thought Looking was the problem, in fact I feel it as a complement. Despite looking at these other women, he's staying with you, so obviously you are superior. However if my woman wants me to avoid noticing other women as much as possible than I will do my very best to consider them invisible.
