Reminds me of this joke: A Japanese guy walks into a bank in Manhattan to change some yen to dollars. Gives 10 10,000 yen bills (1 = about $100) to the clerk and asks for it to be changed to dollars. The clerk gives him back $900.00. The Japanese guy looks a little ticked and says, "When I was here last week I got $1000, are you trying to cheat me." The clerk just replies, "fluctuations." The Japanese guy is really pissed and as he walks out the door he says, "F..k you Americans, too." |
