A man can only move as fast as you ladies let us. Many things can be involved, alcohol being the worst. I have moved fast, but really preferr slow & gentle. Learned to have very upfront conversations & speak the BLUNT truth. Quickest way I know to avoid hurt feelings & bad situations. If your flirting hard, getting all passionate, I think it is hard to put all the blame on the guy. If you have to say "NO" twice, maybe you should call a cab?? Just my thoughts.
