Should I feel guilty about taking a promotion and a raise,
when I am planning on leaving the company in four month for
a better paying job. Taking into consideration that I already do the job I am being promoted into. I just dont get paid for it.

A lot can happen in four months. There's nothing wrong with taking care of the "now" for now. I don't think you should feel guilty for anything.

Thanks I think that I just over
think things. I know that I will
be leaving but I have done an
excellent job for them and I think
I should be compensated.

I think it was just looking them
in the eye and saying yes when in
all reality I know Im leaving, but
your right they would let me
go just like that.

the whole question comes down to your personal ethics and morals. If you think it would be unethical to take the promo and raise, then don't do it. Myself, take care of the next four months, take the promo and the bucks, and maybe you can negotiate an equivalent salary instead of taking the other job in the future. do your best to keep all the cards in your favor, and play them only to your benefit...drinker
