i'm neither party, because our votes don't count anymore anyway, the lobbiests have taken us out of the picture, behind the scenes as of late, only the representative vote counts the majority, and he decides who he likes, and votes. sad isn't it. another fine right that we've got that has gone missing. i'm a victim of new orleans, so it's personal, as well. Honestly I never vote either but I do support our leaders! |

some peole I missed while I was away, some I didnt.
Time of expansion/opportunity 19% - says to the person being polled, are you going to spend like crazy, natural response is no. Time to hold back/harder times ahead 70%- says to the preson being polled are you going to save your money, natural response is yes Some of both (VOL) 7% Not sure 4% questions in polls are directed to get the required result, any reading on polls will tell you the same thing. its all in the wording. heres another one. Now thinking about Iraq… When it comes to the war in Iraq, do you think that removing Saddam Hussein from power was or was not worth the number of U.S. military casualties and the financial cost of the war? Worth it 32% Not worth it 59% Depends 4% Not sure 5% NO ONE in their right mind is going to say yes, the bodies it cost us was well worth the price. the 32 percent who answered knew where this poll was going and said yep to the pollster, the 59 simply are human and did not believe that catching that scumbg was worth one single american(i agree). Very liberal 11% Somewhat liberal 13% Moderate 37% - what a lib calls himself when he doesnt want to be labeled a fruit. Somewhat conservative 21% Very conservative 14% Not sure 4 % Who do you want to see take the lead role in setting policy for the country--George W. Bush or the Congress? George W. Bush 21% Congress 62% this in itself should tell you how stupid a poll it was, especially since congress' approval rating is lower than the President. hey, good to see you again. doc (and he just sighed out loud) |

I believe we need a Republican president, a Republican Senate and a Republican Congress. I believe we need Republican majorities at State and national levels to promote fiscal responsibility and sound and sensible foreign and defense policies. I would put myself in the strongly believe category.

Democrat. Although over the last 7 years I have become more of an anti-republican than a pro-Demccrat. If we had more than 2 parties, I'd be supporting the one with the best chance of beating the republicans.

I prefer Conservative/Originalist or Liberal/Socialist/Progressive/et al. I don't care about party, I care about what the original constitution says and the original intent of that document. I support the first ten amendments, AKA The Bill Of Rights, and the two amendments that stopped slavery and gave women the right to vote. Most of the rest need to be repealed. I vote for smaller less intrusive government no matter the party. I want them to get the heck out of everyone's way/life/home/wallet/bedroom. I could go on here for 50 pages. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

If we had more than 2 parties, I'd be supporting the one with the best chance of beating the republicans. Have you looked at the Democrats? You have Hillary who is akin to a socialist. She will destroy the country with her Universal Health Care. Then you have Obama who will pull the troops out of Iraq and wreck havoc with our foreign policy. John McCain isn't what I want, because I don't trust his changing stance on the border, but he is better than the above choices. |

Therefore, you need to vote for the man/woman who is most conservative since conservatives usually want to follow the Constitution, whereas liberals want to change the meaning of the Constitution by "rewriting" law. A conservative will nominate/appoint conservative judges to the Supreme Court who will not "rewrite" the Constituion with way-out left wing decisions. The three primary candidates running for office are liberals and want big government in our lives. Obama is the most liberal senator in our Congress. Hillary is not too far behind him. McCain has the "distinction" of being calledf a RINO, which means Republican in Name Only since he leans to the left. Therefore, to get government out of our lives and get rid of all of this crazy political correctness, we need conservative Supreme Court justices. Of the three candidates, there is absolutely no hope Hillary or Obama will appoint conservatives to the bench. There is a slight chance McCain will. Therefore, McCain is the lesser of the three evils. |

if you read what Obama has said he doesn't really tell you when he is going to pull the troops out and if he does where those troops may end up.... ![]() |
