The Last Suicide

Perhaps if I wonder,
What casts my thoughts asunder,
I would choose not to rest where I stay.
For even the slightest mention,
Of my Evil intention,
Turns patrons of salvation quickly my way.
To my door they shall run,
Once they learn I've become,
And abomination of the very worst kind.
Screams will echo down the street,
Screams I'm sure I'm soon to meet,
I can see now, that my eyes are no longer blind.
But on closer consternation,
They scream a lying proclamation,
That tells me no-one want me anymore...
So with that I take my knife,
And I quickly cut my life,
My blood pours like wine upon the floor.
As my life now ebbs away,
I have one last thought to say,
Because the lives we live, shine, just like mirrors.
And in the end I was still blind,
To the ones who liked my mind.
Now I'm flooded to the brim with bitter tears.
But it's already to late,
For I fear I've sealed my fate.
So I let escape a lonely, tired sigh.
And as my body grows cold,
The reaper grows more bold.
Till finally, all to suddenly, I die.

Personally, I hope that it stems the tide towards anyone else who would do such a thing, and wake them to how good life is...
