My advice, is to just continue getting out and doing things. Being depressed can often make you just want to huddle up and stay inside. Force yourself to go out. In my psych class we learned that being depressed does not lessen the amount of enjoyment you get out of activities, they just go out to fewer activities, and thus, get less enjoyment. Go out for a night on the town! Get together with friends and just talk! Go to the museum/park/mall/whatever! Just keep yourself going, and you'll pull yourself out.

For me, I get that way at times, so I just listen to music and dance it all away. Sometimes I like to go out with my friends and go shopping or do something fun.

But seriously... if you have problems with them being on the phone or whatnot... ask them to go into another room/go in another room yourself (why do you think I'm hiding in my room on the compy) put in headphones or watch a movie. Better yet, call someone up yourself. Or go out and meet someone new. Just do something other than sitting there feeling bad. |

if you have any aggression in you,you could do what i do
call up a donut shop and pretend you're a police dispatcher and have a 100 boxes of donuts sent to the police department. it works if you're bored too |
