I'm sitting here enjoying a boston lager and wondering: is there a better widely distributed American beer than Sam Adams?

dude........micro only Yes I understand micros are better and i agree. But to make it interesting, I asked a question that could be debated by everyone, since microbrews are generally specific to certain regions.

ever tried SEA DOG out of portland maine? Absolutely. I go there to get it on tap about once a year! They're one of my favorites.

Don't know if it is widely distributed but I like J.W. Dundee's Honey Brown Lager better.
