Topic: How soon is too soon to ask someone out for coffee

people get mired with internet dealinggs, and forget the value of a face to face meeting. It is ok to chat a bit to get to know someone, but face to face makes or breaks. I don't see a thing wrong with asking right off the bat, as long as it is in a nice, safe, nuetral environment. hell, I offered to fly somewhere to meet someone right off the bat. Call me silly, but I do not trst internet profiles, lol

Ha. I will try and chat it up with her tomorrow. She always has a damn ipod which makes it quite difficult. I sit next to her a few times and that stopped me from making progress. With the amount of people who tell me to go for it (especially my best friend who keeps threatening to kick my ass) I shall try and ask thursday. I would ask tomorrow, but my mom has to be somewhere at 1 PM and I get out of class at 11:15 hardly leaving me any time to do anything.
