UPDATE:
Just talked to Pam's daughter. They are backing her off the sedation some more. She will be moving to a rehab center on Monday and Becca is looking around to see which one is the best one for her. Her lung is still collapsed, but hopefully now that she has the tracheotomy and the feeding tube, maybe she will get a little of her strength back. She is still very ill and has a long way to go before she is over this. Keep your prayers and good thoughts going for her. Thank you all for your support of her and her family.

Pam, I am PRAYING VERY HARD that YOU will come back to us and be ALL GOOD and read this prayer post that Marie has done to help YOU be HEALED.
We Do not have a very long friendship. But I have come to know you more here and have seen many times that you have reached out to try and help others. And to add some of YOUR humor to posts and made us all laugh. YOUR email each week to your friends here to update us on YOU, was VERY SWEET..

UPDATE:
Talked to Pam's daughter again tonight. Pam's collapsed lung has not reinflated because she has a serious infection in it. They plan to do surgery on her lung, but not until the infection has cleared. They expect they will have to remove part of the lung, they are not sure how much. They can't do surgery until the infection has cleared as they don't want it to spread further into her body. Pammy, you need to fight with everything you have, pull out all the stops girl. You would be so proud of Becca. She is handling everything so well, taking care of all the responsibilities, keeping up with her college and job. She has found her "fiesty" side and is standing up to people and getting things done, couldn't be that she has some of her mom in her could it??? Reach deep Pam, find your "fiesty" part and tap into it, and use it to heal yourself. We love you and want you back. You can do it "Cabbage Patch Sis." Keep your prayers coming, thank you all so much for all your support. You people are the best friends a person could want.
