Faces of Earth

The quiet brushing as the waves caress the beach,
Lovers kissing in the haunting stillness of the moons glow.
The sun rising above the endless oceans expanse,
A chameleon gathering the colors from this glorious orb.

The towering waves crashing against the ageless cliff,
Giants attacking the very gates of Heaven.
The small boat riding the waves in a sea of endless beauty and disaster,
A leaf floating down torrential streams in rainy seasons.

The sun floats across a forever stretching blue sky,
Golden egg from an ancient goose of myth.
Explosive pink clouds floating across a blood red sky,
A spell of enrapturing Beauty and desire.

The wind turning the grass,
A whisper across the fields of time.
The stillness of the air,
Before the rolling thunderhead captures all in its midst.

The leaves littering the ground,
A rainbow carpet under the winged feet of children.
The golden shafts of light piercing the dark clouds,
Holy arrows ripping through the ranks of doubt.

Dewdrops on the grassy earth,
Fallen stars collecting on the life rising from the dust,
Caves hidden deep in the mountains,
Well of eternity lost in the snow capped peaks.

The rainbow stretching across the sky,
A colorful bridge reaching past an ocean of of blue.
Rain falling from above,
God's tears healing the wounds of the past and present.

Sunlight sparkling through the leaves hanging down,
Water droplets falling through a net to lay twinkling like a mirage.
The mist laying across the land with the trees rising in their entire splendor,
A fine white carpet leading to the proud oaks of ancient times.

The quiet darkness of the sky before a storm,
Everything silent before the grand finale.
The eye of the hurricane drifting overhead,
A simple ploy by the beast that silently surrounds.

The wind whistling across a cave entrance,
A wounded animal seeking refuge.
A spiders web covered in shining dewdrops,
A diamond encrusted necklace of certain death.

Snow dancing on the wind,
A lulling promise of everlasting sleep.
Glowing wheat blanketing the praries,
Heaven's own streets of shining gold.

A deep Ocean abyss,
Hell's gates thrown open to swallow the seas.
Stones hidden deep within the earth,
Heavier than mans golden greed.

Comets fleeing across a darkened sky,
Flaming arrows tearing the very fabric of time.
The wolf's silvered coat,
Threads of fate bound as one.

Vast expanses of sand,
Burning seas of shame.
The stars spread across the skies,
Hopes and dreams blazing for all to see.

It had beautiful imagery... Which I liked a lot. It was a little long to me, but then again, that's probably just my style. Nice write.
