My four thirty massage - needed to postpone until later about 930 he then called and said he was on his way .. this is a 90 minute massage and a great client normally ... but I am not going to get done working until his massage is done ... GRRRRRR should I take on an extra charge for making me late?
My policy is that it comes off your time but in this case i still have to wait on him ...

Well, you don't want to lose a good client, but then again, you don't want to work without getting paid... I would charge him though, it's on your time. |

I would let it slide this one time but give him a warning about next time you have to stay late
|

If he is normally a good customer, then wait and see how he reacts, or what his reason for being late. He amy have a good reason or pay you extra for having to wait.
