Sometimes I see people online but the Button "Instant Messaging" is not displayed. Why is that? No I am not blocked for those Users as I can email them :). Is this a issue on their side or mine?

 I have found recently that a lot of people on here have issues  LOL

They probably deactivated the IM. Some people don't like members IMing them. If they want to IM you, have them go to their settings and activate it. That is the only solution I have.
