If you have your own business, why do you work night shift? I would ask that whoever made the offer pay for you to fly down for a week and check it out. Be sure and let someone know the details, name, address, etc of the person you will be seeing. It's a scarey world out there. That is a huge life change, as I know you know. Be very, very careful. I do hope its all that you are hoping it is. Good luck.
