Topic: Untruthful about thier age....

I have met 2 people already that have lied about thier age...and personally I could have cared less...now there is one more person...I want to meet and I know he is at least 8 yrs. older than his profile says(49)here... he is on another site and says he is 58. He does'nt know I know about the other site. I know this why he has the brakes on ...about meeting me...and I think it is because he does'nt want me to know really how old he is....I care less about age...I have mentioned this many times. Do you think it is a good idea to let him know...I have seen his other profile on a different site? Geeze...I would really like to meet this one...maybe not...Lying about his age...what next...I just think I need to let him know...I know....What do you think?

Ask him outright? could have been a mistake when entering info (trying to be positive).

Call him out on it. It's better to nip things in the bud before they balloon into a huge fiasco.

I'm going to go against the grain here. Why would you want to meet someone that has already lied? There are too many people that lie about their age because they are either dissatisfied with who they are or are basically looking for younger people and know there are age limits on many profiles. Do you really want to go there?

GO ahead and ask anyone their ago.(Its up to them if they are truthful.) I have talked to three on this site who say they are 100. But, they talk to me like they are in their teens. I never lie about my age. (I am age 52.)

I dont understand why people have to lie about anything. Sooner or later it will bite them in the butt. Go ahead and find out why he did it and if he is going to lie again drop him like a bad habit. I would not even think about going out with someone if they are not upfront and truthful
