The one thing you CAN do is count down between the lightning and thunder take place. If interval between lightning and thunder seem to be getting longer, then the storm is moving away. If the interval gets shorter, then the storm is heading toward you. In the least, it'll give you to think about while the thunder passes. And who knows- you might just nod off while trying to count the intervals down... sorta like counting sheep, only louder. that might help..have to try |

ok well a thunder storm has come in an I'm alone an I tend to get really scared.... how do I get over this During a thunder storm distract yourself from what's going on. Personally, I love listening to the rain and thunderstorms though. |
