does the post office have forms you can take home to fill out ? walmart for photos , and if I can get the forms and all the whooo haa crap done I'll take it all directly to the gov office in Nanaimo they're a "bla bla agents office" think it might be the fastest way to get them sent off..... 
Im thinking VEGAS BABY YAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!  or MEXICO......BUT VEGAS IS CHEAP!!!
