A preposition is a bad thing to end a sentence with....
Actually, if you ask most editors, they will tell you that it's no longer considered quite the unforgivable sin it used to be. Particularly in dialogue, it's become more acceptable to have characters saying things like "Who are they going with?" -- simply because no one says "With whom are they going?" anymore. |

most people on this site really aren't bad. there are some places that i frequent though, i would swear it's not an adult typing but a middle school kid.
talking about a few car forums now, it's just odd to have an adult with children not know how to use through and throw. makes for confusing reading |
